Cambridge City Council’s COVID-19 Community Resilience Hub

The City Council is coordinating help for those who have more complex needs than the ‘good neighbour’ help on offer from local community organisations, and who are not part of the shielded group (they will received a letter from the NHS or County Council).

Cambridge City Council’s COVID-19 Community Resilience Hub will pick up email enquiries 8am-8pm Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm Sat & Sun, and Bank Holidays – they are experiencing a high volume of enquiries but will respond to every email as fast as they can. The email address is community.resilience@cambridge.gov.uk
